Free Shipping

Free Shipping offer on orders of $79+ is up to a maximum value of $20 if your actual shipping cost is higher, the price difference with be displayed and charged (e.g. on an order that shipping costs $24 we will pay the first $20 and charge only $4) shipping credit has no cash value.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for $79 free shipping as we have a separate price and discount structure in place for wholesale customers.

Shipping Policy

The majority of our shipments are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Canpar - Standard, Expedited or Express delivery. We reserve the right to substitute with other carriers that provide an equivalent service.

The actual displayed shipping charges are dynamically retrieved from our shipping partners and some areas are subject to surcharges that are beyond our control, should we become aware of an additional charge other than what was quoted we will contact you for confirmation prior to shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders placed on Slimsyrups.ca are shipped from our Montreal Warehouse and will not incur any duties.

International Shipping:

We presently ship only to Canadian addresses and do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). No exceptions. Please contact us prior to confirm the product return request and return warehouse address. Returns must be accompanied by receipt.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.

Non-refundable Charges:

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with a correct shipping address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customers cost or if order is returned a refund less shipping charges already incurred will be issued.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the order will be refunded less any shipping charges already incurred and the cost of any non-resalable products in the returned package.
