Free shipping on orders of $89 or more

When your product subtotal (before taxes and shipping) is $89 or more, we take up to $20 off your shipping. If shipping to your address costs more than $20, you pay only the difference, shown at checkout. Example: if shipping costs $24, we cover $20 and you pay $4. The shipping credit has no cash value. Wholesale orders are not eligible.

Where and how we ship

We ship to Canadian addresses only. Orders ship from Quebec. The carriers, delivery options and rates available for your address are shown at checkout, with rates provided directly by our carriers. If a carrier adds a surcharge after you order, we will contact you before shipping. Orders ship within Canada, so there are no customs duties.

Minimum order: $10 before taxes and shipping.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first at [email protected] with your order number: we will confirm the return and send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the products, we refund the product price; shipping costs already paid are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item, including the related shipping costs. This does not limit your rights under the law, including legal warranties.

Address errors and cancellations

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your cost or refund it minus the shipping costs already incurred. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, it is treated as a return.
